On the Annual ESCL Conference in Amsterdam on 15/16th October 2010, Germany took over the Presidency of the ESCL. The election of the German Society as president for the year 2010-2011 was met with enthusiasm. The new ESCL President for 2010-2011 is Mr Hartmut Paulsen.
The German SCL (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht) is going to host the 2011 Annual Conference which is going to take place on November 10th - 12th 2011 in Frankfurt am Main.
The Belgian Society was elected as first vice president, and will take upon itself to fulfil the presidency in the year 2011-2012.
