New documents from the 2010 ESCL Annual Conference - which took place in Amsterdam - are now online and available on the ESCL website through the drop down menue "Papers". The 2010 conference focused on "Dutch Construction Contracts: Views from abroad". The conference was organised by the Instituut voor Bouwrecht (Dutch Institute for Construction Law). The principal conference organiser was Prof. Dr. Monika Chao-Duivis.
