The documents from the 2012 ESCL Annual Conference - which took place in Liège, Belgium - are now online and available on the ESCL website through the drop down menue "Papers".
The 2012 conference focused on "Subcontracting in the European Union". The conference was organised by the Belgian Society of Construction Law and hosted by Prof. Dr. Benoît Kohl and Mr. Marco Schoups (Joint ESCL Presidents 2011-2012).
Regarding the documents: The ESCL drafted 16 questions on "Subcontracting", and the Societies of Construction Law (SCLs) from 9 countries answered the questions. These countries are Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. Moreover, we have received answers from the USA.
Most answers are written in English, some in French or Flemish.
