There are two new university Masters programmes on construction law, run by the University of Vienna in Austria and the Leuphana University in Lüneburg in Northern Germany.
First, the University of Vienna offers the programme 'International Construction Law (LLM / MLS). This three-semester program starts in October 2012 for the second time at the University of Vienna. Graduates will earn the degree Master of Laws (LL.M). Additionally there is a four-semester Masters Programme for e.g. civil engineers and construction economists. Second, the Leuphana University of Lüneburg offers the programme 'Baurecht und Baumanagement'. This is the first German university Masters programme dedicated to construction law.
