The SCL Construction Advocacy Course

The Society is pleased to announce that it will be holding its very popular Advocacy Training Course again on 22nd November 2019. This event carries 6 CPD points. The course is open to all members of the Society who have no, or little advocacy experience. This includes inhouse counsel, junior counsel and pupil barristers as well as junior solicitors, together with construction professionals wishing to conduct their own advocacy at mediation or adjudication. The Course will give each advocate the opportunity to present and oppose applications in a range of construction law scenarios, and the emphasis will be on hearings replicating an adjudication hearing.
