The ESCL is proud to present the first winners of the ESCL Master Thesis Competition 2012.
The winner is Patrick Hehenberger whose thesis is entitled: UK Success to be remade in Germany: Will Adjudication Collide with Fundamental Civil Law Principles?
The second prize goes to Timothy Leone Ganado whose thesis is entitled: Interface Agreements in UK PFI Healthcare Projects.
Both Master theses have been submitted in September 2011 as part of the MSC in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King's College London.
