The General Assembly 2025
The General Assembly of the ESCL, on 27 September 2025 in Naples (Italy), resolved to constitute the new Council as follows: Roberto Panetta (Italy) as Chairman, Stephanie Englert-Dougherty (Germany) as Vice Chairman, Arran Dowling-Hussey (UK), Sercan Kulaksizogullari (Turkey), Ignacio Santabaya (Spain), Victoria Penkova (Bulgaria) as members, and Evelien Bruggeman as Secretary General.
The General Assembly and the staff of the ESCL extends its best wishes to the newly appointed Council for a successful term in office.
