ESCL Annual Conference “European Construction Public Procurement, Current Issues and Perspectives”

Dear colleagues, I am honoured to invite you to participate to the Annual Conference 2018 of the European Society of Construction Law which, as you already know, will be organized by the Romanian Society of Construction Law at the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University. We will have a 3 days Conference, one for the Academic Forum and the Working Sessions, the second for the Plenary Session when we will have the chance to hear the countries reports on Public Procurement and the last one with the Presidents meeting. Registration and accommodation If you would like to attend, we kindly ask you to register before September 20, 2018, by using the attached Registration Form which can be found online also: http://rscl.ro/en/escl-2018/. Please send the form with the requested data at the indicated email: escl2018@rscl.ro.  In the attached flyer you can find further information on the Conference and in the Programme we structured the timetable of the event. For accommodation, please go online and fill in with the needed information in order to receive a customised offer. If you decide to book yourself the hotel, please be careful at the location of the venue (36-46 Mihail Kogălniceanu Boulevard, Bucharest, 050107) and for this reason we selected for you some of the best placed hotels in the area. Countries Reports For the second day, following the tradition of the last years, we plan to have some of the members presenting the evolution of public procurement in their states. To do so, we established to have countries reports on the issue from a number of states. We are open to receiving written reports that we will publish in the Conference materials and, upon the structure and form, also in our review, but we would like 6-7 oral presentations during the plenary session. Please register by May 5 the intention to present a country report on where you stand and whether there are any important developments in the area of public procurement by sending us the name of the speaker and the title of the paper/presentation.
