New documents from the 2007 ESCL Annual Conference - which took place in Prague - are now online and available on the ESCL website through the drop down menue "Papers". The 2007 conference focused on "European perspectives in construction permit proceedings". The conference was organised by the ESCL, the Czech Architectural and Construction Law Society and the Association for Construction Law of Slovakia. The Conference President was JUDr. Jan Maracek.
