The School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London is conducting the 2019 International Arbitration survey in partnership with Pinsent Masons. This is the School’s 9th major empirical survey undertaken.
The Survey considers international construction disputes in detail. Looking at how disputes are resolved before arbitration, what leads to arbitration and how construction disputes are arbitrated. The Survey aims to identify the causes of inefficiency in resolving international construction disputes, suggest practical steps forward, and challenge perceptions.
The Survey aims to research the sentiment of the international construction arbitration community. All stakeholders are invited to share their perspectives, regardless of whether their experience with international arbitration is based on activities as a private practitioner, in-house counsel, arbitrator, academic, or through work for an arbitral institution.
Complete the 2019 International Arbitration Survey online here. Please answer as many questions as you can, and feel free to leave blank those you cannot. The questionnaire should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
The closing date for responses to this questionnaire is Friday 26 July 2019. Results will be published in Autumn/Winter 2019. Since the results will benefit from a wide pool of respondents, please feel free to forward this questionnaire to any other potentially interested respondents.
