On the Annual ESCL Conference in Liège in Belgium on 12/13th October 2012, France took over the Presidency of the ESCL. Professeur Hugues Périnet-Marquet was elected as new ESCL President for the year 2012-2013. Congratulations!
Professeur Périnet-Marquet takes over the presidency from Prof. Dr. Benoît Kohl and Mr. Marco Schoups (Belgian Society of Construction Law) who are now the new joint ESCL Second Vice Presidents 2012-2013.
